This EA uses 3 Timeframes to identify the best signal

Buy Signal
STO5 indicates that the price will rise, STOm15 is also rising and STOm30

Sell Signal
STO5 indicates that the price will fall, and falling STOm15 must also STOm30

The optimization should be weekly or monthly
