Manual - User can manually select symbols to use

- Added a new risk option Extreme Low Risk. This is because the difference between Very Low Risk and Low Risk was too large. This has now been filled.

*NOTE: The old 'Very Low Risk' option is now 'Extreme Low Risk'.
