The King Advisor MT5

The seller, Guillem Boix Martin, promised me another EA as a bonus if I wrote a review. Here comes the review: So far I am disappointed with the King Advisor. At first he did not open any positions. Then finally. Since the EURUSD fell, the King Advisor has constantly bought more, only to close all positions at a loss. So I made a big loss. Now there is an update. I asked Guillem Boix Martin a question about the new features, but haven't received an answer yet. The King Advisor is not opening any positions again. So far I've paid $600 for the EA for nothing. I wonder how the good result in the backtest came about. Now I would like an answer and the extra EA that was promised to me. I will update my review. So far I can only give each one a star.

I have been using this EA for 2 months. Unfortunately, the EA is 'history reader'. 5 years backtests with 99.9% ducascopy data was showing max $119 risk. Now, it is above x2 times of it. Basically, this is clear indication of over optimization and curve fitting approach.

It is a pity that MQL5 still support brokers and put this and many other history reader EAs to the top page.

Almost all the times during these 2 months, the position management was quite good and it really made me think this developer did something really different.

But it was badly failed in this last cycle and it reveal the curve fitting approach. Any good EA with a 'good' neural network algorithms would actually could not create x2 times DD of the last 5 years with 99.9% ducascopy + darwinex + data suite simulations.

I also add, we asked some questions about this overfitting issues to the author but he averted to answer, instead of facing the issue.

Update on OCT 14: Now x6 times of the DD that of the max of the last 5years.

Update on OCT 21 = Very helpful answer from the developer. Supposedly he would help me with the rubbish positioning of his 'history reading EA.'

It seems to have stable performance when backtested

Отличный советник. В нем есть различные настройки для контроля рисков. Недавно установил его на реальный счет, с настройками под минимальные риски, но результат уже очень радует. Спасибо большое разработчикам. Добавлю только, что хотелось бы, чтоб были настройки и для других популярных инструментов. Всем профитов!!!

Best EA I have used or using in the market. Less DD and accurate trades, Closes trades mostly in day. No Martingale, safe advisor.

The best EA on MQL5!!! The back tests are amazing and the live results are the same. Really excited to see the potential of this EA going forward. This is certainly a game changer. Would give it more stars if I could.

After use for over 2 month, and with comments update below:

1/ if you use magic close = false, the you may probably blow your account with 10% risk, or huge loss with 2% risk

2/ if you use magic close = ture, the you will get a scalper EA, it will never reach expected profit percent

since last update, EA seems not very confident with its trading, EA will close order ASAP there is a litter profit if magic close = ture, I use demo account with 6000 USD, and risk 10%, EA only get 10-30 USD per trade

Huge dd and a lot of Open positions,After a month of use I revised my comments.

Backtests match live performance. Highly Recommend

I have closely backtested each and everyday & compared it to live testing , the backtest matches the live test thats a plus. So far, the ea has been consistent with the entries. Performance has been good, i have no complaints.

The backtest results seem to match the results of actual trading. It's working well so far. Thanks for developing a great EA.

Have been using the EA for awhile already and everything seem good

I made money on the first day I used this EA and opened 2 orders. I will observe and share the results with you later.

I bought this EA because, like everyone else, the backtests I did were impressive. I have been testing it on a demo account for more than a month now (only EURUSD H1 as recommended). I have seen it employing both short-term and more medium-term trades. At some point, I thought it was just going to hang on to a number of open trades, some of them in the red at that stage, but a few days later it closed everyone one of them in profit. For the past week or so, I have been using it on a small real account, where it has achieved a profit factor of just under 2 so far. I am impressed, and have high hopes for this EA. It is also easy to use, and easy to adjust the risk if you want to. The developer offers excellent support and quickly responds with real answers to my questions.

The King Advisor does do well in back testing. It also seems to be doing well in live trading as well. I've been trading with it for a short period of time, and it has produced positive results. Not that it's needed, but I look forward to any future improvements.

The results in demo are incredible. I’m proceeding to test it in real conditions.

I tested this robot and I am very satisfied with the result, which is why I bought it. It has been running on a demo account with default settings for 3 days now, and there are 3 trades in profit. Each order has a stop loss, and there is no Martingale. It does have a grid, which I prefer. The author responds very quickly to questions. I recommend this robot.

Backtest was pretty impressive. So far so good with live trades. Quick response for any inquiries from the seller as well. Highly recommended!
