I NEED THIS EXPERT ADVISOR

Dear Expert Programmers,

I am looking for a program in EA

It is very simple and based on Bollinger bands

1.        If the candle is upward and it is >= upper Bollinger band

2.       And next candle is downward

3.       And stoch signal line > stoch line

4.       If distance from upper band to lower band >= x  and <= y

5.       If downward candle is >  middle band

6.       Then sell

7.       If the candle is downward and it is <= lower Bollinger band

8.       And next candle is upward

9.       And stoch signal line < stoch line

10.       If distance from lower band to upper band >= x  and <= y

11.       If upward candle is < middle band

12.   Then buy

*Only do buy if we don’t have open buy position

And only do sell if we don’t have open sell position

(it means that in the same time we can have only two open position witch one of them is buy and the other one is sell )

**The EA should calculate SL and TP will be done by user

SL = (BBD) X (a (BBD) + (b))

L = (1/2B)/SL

***If we are going to open second position while the first position is open then the value of B (balance) should be consider that the first position is going to be closed by SL.

L = lot

SL = stop loss

B = balance

BBD = bollinger band distance

a = NATURAL NUMBER (1,2,3,...)

b = WHOLE NUMBER (0,1,2,3,...)
