Program an EA to execute a simple GBP strategy on MT4

I am looking for an experienced programmer to create an EA that will auto-execute pending orders on major GBP pairs.  Simple strategy is based on prior one hour candles to determine buy or sell order.  Stop and Limit orders are placed at the same time.

Rules:

·         To be used with MT4 (Oanda) platform

·         1-hour candlestick chart

·         Place 1 order for each GBP/AUD, GBP/CAD, GBP/CHF, GBP/JPY, GBP/NZD & GBP/USD pair.

·         Place all orders at 4:00am EST Monday to Friday

·         Lot size for each order is the same for all pairs and can be adjusted by user as needed.

·         EA will look at the 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am and 2am candlesticks

·         If 3 of the 5 candlesticks are bearish, the entry will be a Buy

·         If 3 of the 5 candlesticks are bullish, the entry will be a Sell

·         If a Buy:

place a pending Buy +10 PIPS above the high of the 3:00am EST close candle

Place STOP 5 PIPS below the low of the 3:00am ET candle

Place LIMIT 50 PIPS above the entry

·         If a Sell:

Entry, place a pending Sell -10 PIPS below the low of the 3.00am EST close candle.

Place STOP 5 PIPS above the high of the 3.00am ET candle

Place LIMIT 50 PIPS below the entry

·         EA should Auto Remove all UN-triggered pending orders at 12.00pm EST same day

·         EA should be able to auto adjust the time to DST/Non DST during winter/summer time.
