This is the strategy,

Every trade should open and close at closing the candle.

If X number of consecutive candles closed in Bull, Open a Buy at close of the last candle. X- is an Input.

If Y number of consecutive candles closed in Bear, Open a Sell at close of the last candle. Y- is an input.

When trade open and next candle close with profits close the trade at profit candle close. If next candle close with loss don't close the trade. Wait for profit on that trade or close in zero profit or lose.

No limit of opened orders.

If one trade running then next opening order should open in double lot size.
