I need expert advisor based on follow price

i need some one to create expert advisor for the following method 

Example : if EURUSD price 1.1600 and i select Buy only with distance 25 Pips so the EA will buy only if the price move up +25 Pips 

if the price move from 1.16000 to 1.1575 the EA will open buy if the price back to 1.1600 and 1.1625 and 1.1650 ... Etc 

if the price move from 1.1575 to 1.1550 then the EA will open buy order if the price back to 1.1575 and 1.1575 - 1.1600 - 1.1625 - .1.1650 ... etc 

not buy stop order only buy buy market at the same time there is no double entry  as example if the price move down to 1.1575 then back to 1.1600 the EA will open buy order after that if the price move down again to 1.1575 then back to 1.1600 not open new order because there is already buy order 

same method if i select sell only 

i can write the TP for all trades and SL 

also i want to add equity trailing  stop  (( IF i start with 10 K and the equity become 10800 and the equity trailing stop is 600 so if the equity back to 10600 will close all orders and will not open new orders only if reattach the EA to chart  )
