Trade Copier MT4 - Mam replacement

I use a MAM. Allocation Method: proportional By Balance. My master system runs a grid. I regularly add and remove accounts inside the MAM. Problem: Everytime I add or remove an account inside the MAM, I first need to set the master EA grid to naturally shutdown. However I don't want to stop the EA anymore because it means downtime for the remaining accounts inside the MAM. I want a solution where I can just add and remove accounts inside the MAM without starting and stopping everything. I think the new MAM solution would need to be more of a ratio copier rather than a sub allocator, and be smart enough to know how to shutdown sub account at a profit when it's been unticked or disconnected from the master EA.  I have a spec PDF with a design I have in mind, please reply for more details. added comment (edit): The MAMruns server side. This new solution would need to run server side too. MAM means 'multi account manager'.
