Convert indicators to EA code for use without the iCustom() call

I have been using several indicators and calling them through the iCustom() call. I call them frequently within my own EA.

I am attaching the code to several indicators I use and I want this indicator code converted to MT4 EA code as somewhat described in https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/1456

I find that I spend a lot of time analyzing my EA results and working on things like money management and position management code so it would be most productive for someone else to do the indicator conversion in parallel to my activities.

Please don't contact me, asking why I want this done.  Clarifications about what I want done are permissible but I simply want to call the attached indicators without using the iCustom() function --  I'm not sure how much simpler that can be. 


Please note that I do not intend to sell my EA so my use of these indicators does not violate any copyright laws.
