EA based on candlestick closing price entries

Dear Coder,

i would need an ea that opens orders @ the closing of a candlestick 

- works on all time frames

- spread filter for every entry

- maximum open orders able to set (every opened order works with the same settings i will describe- so the setting of the EA is for every new entry (or candle) the same )

- Ea can choose if FIRST entry starts with buy or sell and then switches every new order from buy to sell and so on - (Buy, Sell, Buy, Sell, Buy, Sell, Buy, Sell, Buy, Sell for - 10 orders for example.)

every opened order uses this setting:

1 STEP:  -  open first order with TP and SL to choose

2 STEP   -    if SL from 1. order is reached close  order

3 STEP   -    if specific amount (that is able to set- amount of pipps) from 1. order is reached, open new order in Opposite direction with TP and SL and let 1 ordee still run till

4 STEP   -   if TP from 1. order is reached close both open order (order:1, 2.)

5 STEP   -    if price goes back to beginning point, close 1. order and open new order in same direction as 2. order, with TP and SL

6 STEP   -    if 2 or 3 order reaches TP close all orders

7 STEP   -    if 3 order reaches sl close all order
