EA based on Fractal S/R, Direction Indicator, Stoch RSI, etc

Hi every one . I would like to build an Expert Advisor based on several indicator below. 

Signals will include optional for every Indicator. ( True or False ). Other is as usual such as time to trade, SL/ TP and exit by reverse signal ( Fractal S/R signals). Some filter is needed such as minimum pips away from Support resistance or Break out to open order, etc. Detail will be explained to selected candidate. An experience programmer with the same jobs will be an advantage.
