Binary Options Trade copier

I will basically require a web site on which user can register as a provider or consumer of signals. ( It will be basically a social trading website for binary options)both the providers and the copiers will be able to connect to one-another through the site and copier will copy the signals of the traders via API ( for API details you can visit www.binary.com ) or (https://developers.binary.com/ ) .through the subscriptions set the copier will pay monthly fee to providers.
