MT4 to MT4 Conditional Trade Copier

Hi

I wants to get a MT to MT trade copier with the following requirements below

1- It should copy All orders but with Placing Limits at the LP Account (means it should copy/ read orders which gets opened in slave account, and place a one cancel other limit in to master account to copy either 5 pips/or my desired pips plus or minus (better or Worst)

Explainations as example. 

at slave Ac, a position opens as follows.
Buy 1 EURUSD at 1.2250.

So Trade Copier Place Limit order or cover this order at 5 pips better or worst as follows

Either it should buy that lot at 1.2245 (5 pips better than actual trade [ 1.2250 - 5 pips = 1.2245 ] 
Or 
It should buy that lot at 1.2255 (5 pips worst than the actial trade [ 1.2250 + 5 pips = 1.2255]

Same in Sell positons as vise versa.

(Note: any Limit/Stops placed in Slave Account, should also have a option to control that wither it should be sent to master account at same prices, or with coverage adjustments like above in market orders)

************ SPECIAL NOTE: Any trades closed in slave Account (before our coverage settings which is 5 pips ) - then Trade copier should forget that trade to sent to master ac as it is actually closed
