EA needed for Renko chart ofline chart

Need a simple EA  for Renko chart ofline chart

Indicator
Am using RenkoLiveChart v4.13 on 1M - 1W time frame. ( able to modify the renko box size )
1-Renko bar graph in ofline mode and i take trades on it 
2 Emas periods ( able to modify the ema periods ) depending on types of trades optional filter

Strategy:
The ea will take action every time a new 'renko brick' has formed, or in other words when a new renko candle would

have normally formed.  I am looking for a really skilled developer
Only one position at a time for each instrument.

Should handle 4 and 5 digits.dd

1. Renko bar size/Reno box size :

Lot size :
Lot Multiplier if the previous trade hits loss :if the trade closes in loss ,the next trade lot size should be

multiplied with “Lot Multiplier” given in the input.If the next trade closes in profit then Lot size should back to

normal size.

Take profit and Stoploss will be next Renko bar (pending on the size 10, 50 pips etc.)

Use MA Cross : True/false :

MA1 - Parameters - 3, Low/High, Simple

MA2 - Parameters - 7, Low/High, Simple

Entry rules:

Buy:
When Renko brick is formed with specific number of bricks. For example, I might need to enter after 2 consecutive

green bricks are formed See attached Pic. usually this is after a downtrend is complete.
If MA is used it is the ma cross as a second confirmation.
Entry taken the moment 3 bar forms
When to close buy options
When the renko candle is bearish (opposit color) And the order is positive
Never close in negative, only if the price reaches stoploss.

Sell:

Pattern needs to be Green Renko bar followed by 2 Red renko bars. Entry taken on 3rd bar .

When to close sell

When the renko candle is bullish, and the order is positive Never close in negative, only if the price reaches

stoploss
