Expert advisor for a MA based strategy

Hi, looking for a programmer to create an expert adviser based on the following criteria.

Main indicators (all indicators must allow for adjustments in the intervals, periods and percentages):

-          Simple moving average at 200 intervals (Main line)

-          Simple moving average 50 intervals

-          ATR (14 period)

-          A line 0,5% above the main line (in this case the SMA 200)

-          A line 0,5% below the main line

Opening a trade (all conditions below must be met)

-          a trade is opened when the 0,5% or -0,5% line is touched or crossed

-          The ATR must be 4 or above for a long position and 10 or below/under for a short

-          The 50 SMA must be above the 200 SMA to go long and the 50 SMA must be below the 200 SMA for a short

-          The price must have crossed the main line (in this case the SMA 200) before a new position can be opened

Closing a trade (taking profit)

-          When the main line is touched or crossed (in this case the SMA 200)

Stop loss

-          there is a 20 point stop loss, where the trade is closed when the price has moved 20 points against us.

Trading times:

-          Program starts at 07:00 (UK time)

-          Last trade opened at 14:55 (UK time)

-          Close all open positions at 17:30 (UK time)

Last note: to open a trade, we use one point inside the 0,50% and -0,50% band to make sure we put on the trade when it is in close reach of the level.
