Creating an Expert based on the "EATA_pollan_vers_mod_2 indicator"

I use the MT4 for about a Year, I write some experts but just for own usage.

I found the EATA Pollan’s Indicator and I try for a week to convert it to an expert.

In the description of the indicator I see that the following part decide if the arrow is drawn or not and in which direction:

Indicator Example

I would like to obtain the actual and the last values of the red and blue lines (ExtMapBuffer1 and ExtMapBuffer2 - I think). I need to use this values for further decisions.

My expert is working, but I cannot use the values of this indicator, this is the only thing I would like to have.

If an Expert based on this AETA indicator is written, I can write into it my further function.

 

I cannot estimate how complicate it is, so please estimate a quote also for me.

Could someone help me in this issue?
