Fix not-working EA

What it does is read "buy" or "sell" from a file and trade in consecuence but is not capable of trading using others symbols, and what it does is trade repeatedly the same symbol openening orders without control.

So there's a problem on the code that needs to detect that a trade is open and some unknow problem somewhere else.

It have a symbol list for trade, and every line of the file means the actions it has to take for every symbol on the list (buy or sell or close)... simple.

It have more things for sending data to file and be retrieved by python but that part works so don't worry.
