Hayeswell - MTF

Hello guys, I am interested in an EA that uses some custom indicators that I already have (Moving Average MTF and Bollinger Bands Width). These two are used for filtering, and another MA crossover to to enter buy or sell. 

The Money Management might be a bit more complex, using Stop Loss Take profit, take profit multiplier and martin gale system. Part of the Money Management i have it done for a previous EA, so the code my be easily adapted. 

Indicators Used:

Custom Multi Time Frame Moving Average - MTF MA (i have the indicator)

Moving Average - MA

Bollinger Bands - BB

Custom Bolliger Bands Band width - BBW (i have the indicator)

Money Management:

Marting Gale Based on Bollinger Deviations;

Stop Loss and Take Profit;

Take Profit Multiplier condition;

Volume Increase based on Balance Increase on new opened trades;

Max Loss - Stop EA if Balance < set level;
