Job to modify operation of existing EA parameters

 
1) Max_Orders = maximum amount of orders live, and pending, at any one time. Only 1 pending order ever at any one time.
2) Stop loss must move parallel with pending order until order becomes live, then it stays fixed or trails into profit.
3) When price extends outside of exit envelope, no more pending trades entered and remaining pending orders deleted.

4) Add Chart display, to show:
a) Spread
b) Height of Entry_Envelope (1st level) as % and in points
b) Height of Exit_Envelope (1st level) as % and in points
c) Retrace_Precent as % and in points
