Simple SMA Expert Adviser

Hi Guy's

I need a simple expert advsior/indicator composing

The rules will be:

If close price is >200SMA AND >100SMA AND >50SMA

AND

RSI < 70

Then 

Set BUY with (Custom Lot Size) with 30PIP Trailing Stop Loss (this needs to be able to be customized) 

Closing the trade if the price falls under the 200, 100 or 50 SMA or if hits the trailing stop loss

If close price is <200SMA AND <100SMA AND <50SMA

AND

RSI > 30 

Then 

Set SELL with (Custom Lot Size) with 30PIP Trailing Stop Loss (this needs to be able to be customized) 

Closing the trade if the price raises above the 200, 100 or 50 SMA or if hits the trailing stop loss.

I will also need notification of open and close trades via alert and Email

When a Sell or Buy trade has been placed show on screen with an Buy or Sell Arrow

I will also need a "Confirmation Of Breakout" option which I can set to True or False

This will be running on the H1 time-frame
