Print on a blank chart the tick data as shown below:

the first three columns are time, bid and ask from MT4. the 4th column and 5th column are the difference between a row and the row before.
example
13:10:35 1.23338 1.23342 -0.1 -0.1
13:10:35 1.23343 1.23347 0.5 0.5
to get 0.5 in the 4th column in the second row, you do - (1.23343 - 1.23338)*10000 = 0.5
to get 0.5 in the 5th column in the second row, you do - (1.23347 - 1.23342)*10000 = 0.5
because the answer is +0.5 the row is green
if the answer is negative the row is red
I need to select in the indicator/script/ EA
1. how many rows to show on the chart
2. font size
3. positive color
4. negative color
