New EA base on breakout of ATR indicator

I would like to have the following requirements for my new EA:

1)      Open sell when market touch the blue line and place stop loss at the highest high of the entire blue line. Open buy when market touch the red line and place stop loss at the lowest low of the entire red line.

2)      EA look at higher customizable time frame for trend confirmation. Option to turn to false. When HTF turn to false, EA will open position base on current time frame only. Need option to exit on opposite arrow for HTF and current time frame. ATR period and coefficient are configurable at the input parameters.

3)      EA open position when market breakout at stop loss and then place stop loss at recent high/low.

4)      Exit when market touches ATR line. After closing position, EA will immediately open new position as requirement (1) is fulfilled. Option to turn to false.

5)      I can set risk reward ratio to take profit at input parameters, such as 1, 1.5, 2, 2.7 etc. Option to turn to false.

6)      I can specific trailing SL/TP base on pips. Alert which can change to true/false when position is closed or opened. Arrow when position is open or close; size, colour and distance are configurable; option to turn to false.
