Simple MT4 EA based on coral indicator color change

I would like to have an very simple EA coded based on the following rules:

Entry at market on open of new candle, after change of color of "coral" indicator. Must be confirmed with Higher timeframe (set in "parameters") which must coincide in the same direction ("coral" color). On entry it will close any previous order that would happen to be running in the opposite direction.

Lotsize is defined in "parameters" as a % of account balance, considering the SL distance. 

Only 1 trade active per symbol at any one time. 

Must place SL X pips (parameter) above/below most recent fractal. Take-profit might be disabled/enabled. If Enabled, it will use a "multiplier" factor from the SL distance (e.g. 2.0 / 1.5) representing a Risk/Reward factor.

EA must trail the SL to each newly formed fractal level in direction of the trade. 

Must work on any MT4 broker, any timeframe, compatible with 4-or-5 digit brokers as well as ECN brokers.

Will want to test a compiled version first.

Will require delivery of MQ4 source code.
