Simple Stop and reverse EA

Hi, i'm pretty sure this won't take long for anyone to code;

Each new candle:
place Buy Stop, Open + 10 pips (SL = 10 pips, tp = 0)
and
place Sell Stop, Open -10 pips (SL = 10 pips, tp = 0)

 if the Buy stop is triggered, then hits SL, enter another Buy Stop - with the SAME details,

If the Sell Stop is triggered, then hits SL, enter another Sell Stop - with the same details.

 
Pretty much , enter market.... stop out... enter market again (in same place).... stop out... etc etc repeat infinitely

it will do this for each new candle - so for example, every hour candle will have 1 trade, and over 24 hours, will have 24 Trades...
However if USER cancels the trade - i do not want the EA to resurrect the trade that the user cancelled. the trade should only resurrect if it hits SL

I would like the option to modify the "10 pips" to be a user defined option, this value will always be the same as SL
