Need autotrade based on Solar winds indicator

Hi, I need some one to code me a auto trader which will work based on. this robot will open order based on the Solarwind  and super trend candles.

BUY order place:

if you look at the bottom snapshot. When the solarwind turns GREEN and Super trend candles are GREEN as well, then buy. And it will stop when the  supertrend candles turns RED. If the supertrend candle turns GREEN when solarwind is GREEN. It will buy again and will stop until the supertrend candle turns RED or the solarwind turns to RED.

SELL Order Place: 

Again as per the snapshot. When the Solarwind turns RED and if the Supertrend candle is red SELL order placed. trade will close when either the solarwind turns green or supertrend candle turns green. if the solar wind remains red and the super trend candle turns RED again, SELL trade will open again, untill the Solarwind turns green or the Supertrend Candle turns green.

Solar wind is the first priority. When the Solar wind changes then it should check the supertrend candle colour. 

Options:

• I need option to put lot size.
• I need it to work on time frame at least 30min, 60min, 240min and Daily Chart.
• Any Forex, Indices, Commodities or shares.
• Should be able to put stop loss by pips or amount. Or No stop Loss.
• 
  

 I need Hi accuracy. Please let me know what you need to complete this.Complete source code must be provided after the work is done with good documentation. So that I can think of modifying it further.
