EA trades on speed

Hi,

I need an EA that trades according to the following protocol:

first the parameters:

money management: fix lot or % of equity

change in price: in pips (e.g., 15 pips) 

change period: (e.g., 5 seconds) 

trade side: normal or reverse (normal means sell if 15 pips increase occurs in 5 seconds, buy otherwise. reverse means buy if 15 pips increase occurs in 5 seconds, sell otherwise)

stealth mode: on (visible tp, sl, trailing)/off (not visible) 

tp: in pips

sl: in pips

trailing stop: in pips

breakeven: in pips (closes half of the position) 

maximum trades open: (e.g., 3)

magic number: (I would like to run the ea simultaneously on different symbols) 

idea is simple: open a trade if change in price I set occurs in change period I set, then manage this trade according to sl, tp, trailing and breakeven. If maximum trades open reached stop trading until one is closed.

should be usable for 4/5 digit brokers. 

I can not go higher than 20 USD so do not bid above that.

good coding is important so I do not care if you finish it on one day or 5.
