Second signal indicator to trade.

A custom indicator to log signals to trade , if ea gets  the first signal  in the morning  , I would like to avoid the signal and not take it.Usually the first signals are not profitable .First signals are usually testing support or resistance .

I would like to take the second signal later in the day.

Any solution  by ea or indicator or code.

Can I code ea to send first signal to log file and also the second signal to log file.Ea will trade second signal. 

If it is first signal , indicator will say 0  (zero readings) , If it is second signal indicator will read 100 . 

It must record signals from 3 to 4 indicators .

WHAT IS YOUR SOLUTION? .I NEED SOMEBODY WHO CAN DO A FUNCTIONING JOB. 

Job is for mql4 files. 

 I was thinking of indicator to be like a dashboard .See attached .

It records first signal reading of  either plus 80 for buy or  - 80 for sell   , for each indicator supplied.

So dashboard will read (from logs or records) either 0  , 1 or 2  for period from  1 am    this morning.

If 0 signals above 80 /-80 or lower  =  0  reading  

 If 1 signals above 80 /-80 or lower  =  0  reading   

 If 2 signals above 80 /-80 or lower  =  100%  reading  

 on screen    write  

Indicator 1   =  0

Indicator 2 =   1

Indicator  3  =  0

Indicator 4  =     2  

 You also need time gap of at least 1 hour between  first and second signal.

 MAKE AN INDICATOR , SO MY EA WILL READ   INDICATOR  , IF INDICATOR =0 NO TRADE

IF INDICATOR = 100%  ON FOUR INDICATOR  , SIMULTANEOUSLY   , IT WILL TRADE.
