Need EA MT4 / MQ4 simple mathematical expert adviser - no indicators

Will work with programmer step by step and if necessary I may be on the Skype 24/7 to answer all questions. Communication languages are English and Serbian.

Requirements;

1. Once on the chart EA will wait until input conditions are reached

2. EA should have input option to be started manually.

3. Once EA start, it should immediately stop or cancel any other EA running on any chart or perhaps shut down all other charts

4. Should immediately check open positions and hedge it in different directions by dividing open position in 2 and then by 2 lots equaling to the open positions. (more explanation in attached file)

 5.       It should delete all SL and TP if any

      6. If EA start automatically it will need to sound alarm (just connection to basic audio file)

      7.       Any time any buy or sell happen EA should recalculate TP, corresponding with EA input

      8. It should work with 4 and 5 digits brokers

      9. Hedged position will be trailed by certain requirements. Basics are if market goes up it will sell some positions and by some positions at the same time, and then if market goes down it will sell some positions and so on… I will provide more details, but generally this are basics

      9.       It should be able to keep up with programmed processes even if user executes manually some trades

    10.       EA will sell all trades once it reaches input Stop EA at P/L requirement

     11. EA should not loop. It should stop once it has sold all trades and sound another alarm with a different sound file.

    12.        Programmers suggestions are welcome!

    13.        Once finished,the EA will be toughly tested on requested parameters, and ability to execute all requirements
