Pin Bar strategy

Hi im searching for somebody to do EA for me. EA should be able to find pinbars candles according to pre-set definitos and place pending orders.  I as a trader must be able to set net variables:

body_in_pips = how many pips must body of candle have eg 5

min_pips_of_upper_tail = how many pips must upper/lower tail have eg 2

min_multiply_of_bigger_tail = how many times must bigger tail be longer than upper tail eg 2.5

beated_candles = of how many candles must pin bar bigger eg 2

candles_to_cancel = after how many candles will order be deleted eg 2

SL pips = how many pips above upper tail must SL be placed, 0 means SL is at price where pin bar has low/high price eg 2

pips_to_start = how many pips above upper tail will trade start

rrr_on_off = true or false if true than  x_of_RRR = 1:x eg 3  if false than  TP_pips = TP in pips

breakeven = true or false if true than pips_of_be = afer how many will be trailing stop activated
