NEED MT4 EA that buy and sells on MA crossed with trailing stops (details below)

NEED EA that buy and sells on MA crossed with trailing stops.

 I want to add an indicator that i use for high/low on the 5min chart alerts and when it breaks is one alert and then when breaks the MA i give you will be the second signal. Once both of these trigger the trade is entered risking a selected % of equity per trade which is automatically calculated.  Then on each trade move to break even as soon as possible and use a trailing stop to maximize profits.   also one the trade hits the break even i want to close half of the position and let the other un with the trailing stop. Also want a max loss of 10% of account to automatically stop opening anymore account and send me an email and text message it happened...  each enter and exit trade with profit and loos be sent to a text and email i designate.  I want this to work well on the eur/usd and only trade during the busy london market and when over lapping markets are trading also.  I will turn it off during the big news events.  

EA should work on all major pairs as i need to be able to fully edit the chnages to back test to find the exact best results.
