EA based on candle, MA, Zigzag

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a competent coder who can convert my manual strategy into a fully working EA. OP & exit rules will be based on the combination of three custom indicators derived from basic indicators: candle, MA and zigzag (MQ4 files of custom indicators will be provided). OP & exit rules are quite simple, no multiple positions, no multi-TF chart, nothing here is complicated. Documentation, indicators and templates will be provided to the coder that I choose. The EA will be considered finish, if all tasks and requirements in the document are completed, tested and verified.

Here are some basic requirements that must be delivered in this job (more details will provided to coder):

A) EA must be Delivered as MQ4 source file and I will retain the ownership of final source code. EA must be compatible for 4/5 digits MT4 broker and to the latest version of MT4.

B) Each indicator in EA must have individual true/false and shift setting (changeable),

C) Add visual arrows & texts on chart to show what kind of signals shown by each active indicator in real time,

D) I want a fully working EA with precise OP and exit rules, as well as various filters & parameters that changeable
(such as trading hours, max spread, max slippage, lot size, lot/money management, hidden TP/SL, exit by indicator 1, exit by indicator 2, wait after close position, weekend close, etc.)

E) EA MUST have lock profit function to manage opened positions. This is not a traditional trailing stops, in fact it is more flexible & more defensive. I will provide the MQ4 sample of similar lock profit EA as a reference, thus you don't have to code it from scratch. You only need to improve the function and build it into my EA. The lock profit function works like this:

1)  After EA opened order and then current price reached profits +30 pips (level 1), put SL to +20 pips

2)  If the trend continues, after +50 pips (level 2), move SL to +40 pips and so on so forth, up to 5 levels (changeable)

I'm looking for a coder who are discipline, innovative and responsive. You don't have to be the smartest coder here, as long as you're discipline, innovative and able to communicate clearly and responsively in English or Bahasa Indonesia, this job was made for you.
