EA buy/sell limit based on strategy and indicators

Hello, I need someone who has the time and full commitment to create an EA and code the indicators to work together, again not paint and set them in the settings adequately to Timeframe. 

I need a developer who will keep in touch with me and keep me updated with the progress. I care very much about constant communication.

You must have great vision on coding indicators and creating EA buy/sell limit because I care about the final quality. If you are not sure if you can do the job for me then let's not waste time together :)
