EA to limit the maximun number of trades can be active

Hi,


I want  an EA that can be used with any magic number  (EA),  where I can change the maximun number of active trades can be on at any time.


For example if I set maximun 2 orders,  and if the other EA has 2 active orders,  a new  buy or sell order can be executed only after me or the other EA close one position.

If it is not posible or too complicated  and alternative could be creating and EA that allows me to limit the maximun lot size ( sum of buy and sell trades) it can be active, so  a new trades can be open by the other EA only after closing  one order or close of a partial one of actives ones.
