Add Buffer to indicator to work on multi time frame

Good day Coders in the house 

Please i need an expert that can add buffer to the exiting indicator

The indicator on my ea only work on a scurrent chart it doesnt work with multi time frame 

i was informed by my coder that it cannot work on multi time frame because it doesn't have buffer 

before we discuss the issue of fund i will first require your understanding of possibility of add the buffer

The Indicator after adding a buffer must work on Multiple time frame 

It mean we can combine M5 signal and M15 signal together for ea to open trade we can also use any of the the time frame 

we also use any time frame with other indicator installed already
