Simple Martingales

i need a simple martingale EA in both MQL4 and MQL5, and i need the source. 

it opens the first position according to a signal from Moving Average (full input with MA time Frame)

the lot size should be taken as an input array separated  by "," . default values are: 0.0.6,0.06,0.12,0.30,0.45,1.38,1.62,3.60,4.32 if it reached the last lot it will keep repeating it. 

the pip step also from an array separated by"," with those default values: 33,35,40,35,29,33,35,40 if it reached the last pip step it will keep repeating it. 

the TP is also from an array it is calculated on the last position price and applies to all open positions, also separated by "," . those are the 

default values: 34,47,52,41,45,45,45  if it reached the last TP index it will keep repeating it.

TimeFilter to initiate cycle

after reaching the Tp reinitiate a cycle according to the Moving Average.
