Improving an already made grid ea

I am looking for experience programmer with exeprience in hedging systeme when it comes to grid 

i would like to rework an already existing and working ea to incorporate a hedging systeme 

i would also want the develloper to suggest me base on his experience logic of hedging that works well to make grid more robust

WILL not be taking in CONSIDERATION :

-develloper that don't present themself with at least 5 lines, and an explantion answering the exact requierement of the offer 
-develloper with no experience
-only programmers I AM LOOKING FOR guidance as well
