I need an EA for MT5 which signals opportunities based on 3 indicators conditions and close trades automatically, or not.

I have designed the trading conditions and I believe it's easy to understand.
It's based on 3 simple indicators for conditions of entering and exiting the trade.
I don't want the EA to open any trade, but signal trade opportunity so I can decide to enter or not with sound alert and push notification.
But with one indicator condition I want the EA to close the trade, if I decided to choose the EA to close the trade under one specific condition, or if I choose differently the EA should send a sound alert and push notification to close the trade.
I can do the backtest myself.
