Modify the utility/indicator of Trade Report. I have the basic source codes

I want to modify the utility/indicator of Trade Report.  I have the basic source codes.  Based on that I want to have the following modifications:

1.       Filter by comments, please check and make sure all letter and figure combination are acceptable and functional.  Please make it case sensitive.  Now some letters cannot be filtered.  With some input, such as, FD, IN, EA…,  the utility just close itself.  And input of any part of the comments should be able to be filtered.  Not necessary to input all letters of the full comments.

2.       Remove “CSV list of symbols to include” and “CSV list of currencies to include” replacing by “Symbols to filter, separate by commas” and “Magic Numbers to filter, separate by commas”, Magic number filtering can just input the starting figure(s).  Let’s say, if we put 100, it will include all magic numbers starting with 100……

3.       At the moment, the listing “Group By” can be by comments, or by Magic Numbers or by symbols.  Now I want to add one more, that is by Lot Sizes.

4.       The report can be saved to excel format to keep the record.

5.       Adjusting the width of the columns to fully display all the contents

6.       Give me the final source code.
