Create a Expert Advisor from a MQ5 indicator

I have an indicator that a developer coded as much as possible to reduce the repainting
I would like it to be converted to an EA

The rules of engagement are as follows
1. when the indicator alerts for a sell - wait for the close of that candle and open a sell trade
2. The same applies for the buy too
3. since the market can be unpredicatable if the price moves beyond the buy / sell entry position, the indicator sign will disappear from the chart
then when the conditions have been met, the next signal will appear, 
enter the trade

If my stop loss was far away, just enter another trade in the same direction as the original trade 

include the following inputs 

lot size 
# of positions to open
Trade by (lot size / equity %)

close trade by opposite direction
break even

take profit in points

Take profit risk / reward ratio %

Stop loss in points

enable trailing stoploss - tru

Fixed stop loss in points

trailing stop loss starts in points

trailing stop loss moved in points
