I need an EA with 2 reusable Indicators please

I have a trading system I would like you to code for me. The trading system consists of only 2 custom things(indicators?):

Weekly Pivot Point (I would like it drawn on the chart please) (reusable with other strategies please - code as an indicator?)
Swing Chart (I would like the swing lines drawn on the chart) (also reusable with other strategies please - cods as an indicator?)

Please note the the swing chart is to ignore inside bars, but not outside bars (I will provide formula)

Upon choosing you as my coder, I will provide complete setup and strategy for you to code.

Please let me know if you require more information. The above 2 parts are the most complicated of the strategy. The rest of the strategy use previous highs, lows and an EMA.

Please note that the stategy uses the Weekly Pivot Point and Swing Chart Values.

Please code the trading system as a template - as you may be doing more trading systems for me.
