Creating a Multi-functional Multi-Currency Expert Advisor

I want an EA coded that can trade multiple pairs at the same time upon the same signal. ( ex. Take a trade on GBPUSD - buy and EURGBP -sell opens at the same time.  ) I want the option to have 1-4 pairs trade with the original pair (5 pairs max).  I want each pair to be fully controllable ie.  currency pair/index, lot size preset per pair, same direction or opposite direction setting,  the ablility  to set the type of trade (market order, buy limit, buy stop, etc) along with the ability to position non-market orders (ex. place buy limit at price plus 5 pips),  take profit in pips, trailing stop with step in pips , stoploss in pips, 3-4 options for partial closing in profit and 2-3 options for partial closing in loss . For the main pair (along with everything mentioned prior )I would also like the option to open an order at a specified time. I also need to have the EA react the same whether the trade is placed (manually) in the MT4 or mobile MT4.

I definitely will require the source code along with the EA
