Enable/Disable AutoTrading on 2nd MT5 Terminal based on equity on 1st MT5 Terminal

I plan to run 2x MT5 Terminals.

I would like to Enable/Disable AutoTrading on mt5(2) based on equity on mt5(1)

the trigger to enable AutoTrading on mt5(2) is drawdown reaching a set percentage on mt5(1)

the trigger to disable AutoTrading on mt5(2) is drawdown reaching a set percentage on mt5(1)

*disable AutoTrading also to close all trades on mt5(2)

e.g. when drawdown reach 10% on mt5(1), enable AutoTrading  & close all trades on mt5(2), when drawdown reaches 1% on mt5(1), disable AutoTrading on mt5(2)

this is a proof of concept only, so not much budget.

possibly existing libraries like quick channels can be used for communication   FX Blue QuickChannel for MT4 - forex trading and services
