Нужна доработка торговой панели для МТ4 и внесение необходимых изменений.

1. Перенос функции автофикс из настроек в саму панель. Создание дополнительных кнопок на панели. 

2. Перенос в бу сделок по цене AVG, она уже рассчитывается правильно, нужно изменить только

3. Убрать сделки выставленные в ручную из управления панелью и из расчетов.

4. Перекрасить панель в черный цвет, уже есть такая возможность в версии для МТ5

5. Сделать возможность выставлять лот меньше 1%, это ошибка округления, ее нужно исправить.

6. Отображение на графике количества пунктов для уровня расчета стопа. И количества пунктов между покупками. Так же от AVG цены до уровня стопа.
