A combination of a Fractal breakout and two moving average

A well-experienced developer to draw two horizontal lines using previous fractals when two MA crosses and the cross must always be in between the previous high fractal and the previous low fractal. and the lines can disappear after the cross 

1. Fractal Identification:  Mark the previous high and low points of the fractal pattern and draw two horizontal lines 

2. Draw an arrow: When the candle closes above/below the horizontal line and the short-term moving average crosses above or below the long-term moving average.

3. Draw a dot/point: When the two moving averages cross each other (before breaking out) 

4. The indicator will have 4 buffer signals (Buy and Sell arrows ) and Buy and sell dots/point

If another MA crosses inside the first horizontal lines, the indicator doesn't draw the other two horizontal lines
