Moving average Indicator convert into ea

Hi

 i have one moving average indicator its overbought and oversold position when market goes over bought here i want open sell when this indicator show 

 oversold position here i want to open buy i want to make ea of this indicator i also add some more additional function with my own rules that i want to add  in my ea if any person can make this easily then tell me the indicator is also attach below i have make images where i want to make buy and where i want sell all the things i have explain in images
