Develop EA That Will Monitor Open Order on Chart and Place New Order When It Closes in Loss

The EA will monitor an open order on chart and do the following: 

1. If the open order on chart is closed in profit, the EA will do nothing

2. If the open order on chart is closed in loss, the EA will do the following:

i. Open new order in opposite direction immediately

ii. TP target is automatically set by the EA which should be equal to number of pips lost by the previous losing order

iii. SL must be an input parameter

3. The EA must be deactivated after placing the new order successfully as described in Step 2 above

*Note that the initial open order on chart will not have TP and SL placed on chart because it will be monitored by other system and close when exit conditions are met
