I need a simple interface where I can open a buy and sell orders, close orders, and inputs for lot size, target profit, and cut loss. (MQL5)

I have attached an image of what I want to recreate as an EA. It'll just be an interface where I can buy and sell, and inputs of values where the bot will automatically close ALL orders at these conditions.

Here are the entry box needed:

• Order Lot Size - Whatever value you put here determines the lot size of the order that will open once I BUY/SELL using the interface
• SL (Points) - The order will have these SL in these values. No SL if entry box is empty.
• Cut Loss - The EA will automatically close all orders made with this EA if the total P/L has reached equal or below the negative value inserted in the entry box. The values here are the currencies not pips or points. This can be edited in real-time.
• Profit Lock - The total P/L must first exceed higher than this value (thus locking or securing the profit). If the total P/L has exceeded this value, and then went back equal or below this value, the EA will automatically close all orders.
• Profit Close - The EA will automatically  close all orders made with this EA if the total P/L has reached equal or above the value inserted in the entry box. The values here are the currencies not pips or points. This can be edited in real-time

• Open Buy/Sell Button - Immediately opens a buy/sell order with a lot size depending on the "Order Lot Size" entry box. If there's a value written on "SL", then the order will automatically include an SL value regardless of anything written in other entry boxes.
• Close Buy/Sell Button - Closes all BUYS or SELLS depending on which button was clicked.
• Close ALL Button - Closes all BUYS and SELLS.
  
  

One additional thing added in the interface:

• Profits - Just simply show the total P/L

Nothing else is needed, just a recreation of the attached screenshot. The SLP or Auto SLP part isn't included.
