Create EA Auto Trader for my "simple" price action strategy

GENERAL STRATEGY INFORMATION:

- Strategy is based around candlestick price action + support/resistance zones (a specific indicator is used) 

Auto trader should include:

- Fixed lot size depending on the account size.

- Fixed stop loss at entry + Trailing Stop loss when position moves towards profit

- Take profit depending on risk appetite (will have multiple take profit zones depending on your risk appetite. Should be able to set input for this)

- Strict entry process, following a 3-step rule before triggering an auto entry. (price action, support / resistance zone, & a false entry filter?)

 - Should be able to be added to all types of pairs/currencies/commodities.

- Big News Trading (on/off, to avoid risk)

- Max Spread / Max Slippage system

I AM OPEN TO OTHER SUGGESTIONS AS WELL. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF TRADING ROBOTS SO AM NOT CERTAIN WHAT TO INCLUDE/NOT TO INCLUDE. (ANY GENERAL SUGGESTIONS OR INFORMATION IS APPRECIATED)

Looking for someone who is/has:

- SHOULD PROVIDE FEEDBACK about how to improve the system, if/when necessary.

- Lots of experience in developing EA's.

- Knows general trading terms AND has some experience trading as well.

- Good communication even when there's a problem or a suggestion to be made.

- English does not need to be perfect, but should be good enough to understand.
- Coding experience to reduce the chance of unintended consequences.
- Bug-fixes that are needed upon discovery of bugs after the testing period (inevitable).

- Help with testing the strategy.

Please don't bid if you are:

- Inexperienced in MT4/MT5 development
- Too busy or are not confident you can meet the requirements.
- Impatient
