I need someone to modify my strategy

I need someone to automate my trading strategy. But I have a question. Can the EA work with the gain or loss of a previous position? for example, If I have an open position and she loses, we don't take a 2nd position and if she wins we can take a 2nd position. Is it possible to automate this?
I also  have a Pine script on Tradingviex with Stoch, macd, MM, multi timeframe. I would like to improve it with Daily High/low and taking each position in relation to the other. and i would like a EA
