I want you to make expert advisor.

I am looking for an expert advisor that is 100% winning. I know it sounds impossible but here is the thing, I only need it to win 10-20 pips each trade, which hopefully is very possible. I would love for it to be versatile for all pairs that way I can have it running on, multiple pairs, I would like for the time frame to range from 1min-1HR and no higher. That way I can get into multiple trades a week so more like a scalping EA. I would love a trial version to make sure it is winning the 10-20 pips 100% win rate. I hope that someone can achieve this.
